The nutrition team at Rochester Public Schools in Rochester, Minn., partnered with local restaurant El Carambas to create an enchilada recipe for students, MedCity Beat reports.

The scratch-made enchiladas are being served as part of the district’s summer foodservice program.

The district chef is now working with El Carambas to make the recipe less labor intensive so it can be served to students more frequently.
