Students on Penn State University’s campus will later this month have the opportunity to assist fellow students in need, reports Penn State News.
From April 22-23, the school’s foodservice team will host Turn the Tables, a two-day event during which students dining at certain locations can donate between $5 and $15 from their meal plans to Penn State’s Student Emergency Fund. The fund gives students one-time financial assistance, which is not limited to food purchases, during a tough time.
