North Carolina State University debuted fine-dining option 1887 Bistro on Sept. 21, according to Campus Enterprises.
1887 Bistro will fill two campus needs by serving as an option for both weekday lunch and late-evening social gatherings, featuring smoked brisket sandwiches, firecracker shrimp, flatbreads and shareable appetizers, officials say.
The university’s bakery will curate a selection of desserts, including hazelnut pot de crème and house-made crostada.
