May 29—The Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance (MFHA)
announced that Tony Mitchell, chief financial officer of Morrison
Management Specialists, will be the new chair of the MFHA board. The
announcement was made at a reception during the National Restaurant
Show in Chicago.
In his speech at the reception, Mitchell spoke about the importance of diversity, according to a press release.
