Chocolate Fondue: Chocolahe ganache cut with orange juice and served with fresh strawberries and grapes and crisp salty pretzels.
Key Lime Tart: Lime custard in a graham cracker crust with whipped topping.
Jerk Chicken Salad, served with Buttermilk Scallion Dressing.
Teriyaki Salmon, topped with pineapple and scallion and served with rice and seasonal vegetables.
