Elior has promoted Trish Spellman to managing director of Cura Hospitality and Karen Roelandts to executive vice president of human resources at Elior North America.
Spellman joined Cura Hospitality in 2016 and recently served as vice president of operations, a role in which she oversaw 10 districts comprising 107 accounts across nine states. Spellman also currently serves as an advisory participant of Elior’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Council.
Roelandts joined Elior North America in 2019. She recently served as vice president of human resources and led numerous groups, including learning and development, talent management and employee relations.
