Chartwells has named chef Mario Perez its Culinary Leader of the Year, part of its national 2015 Be-A-Star Award, reports Radio NB.com.
Perez is the chef at Texas-based Comal Independent School District and will be honored at Chartwells’ annual Compass Night of the Stars event in Orlando on October 22.
