Notre Dame taps Levy Restaurants as new sports concessionaire

The Chicago-based sports concessionaire will provide foodservices at Notre Dame Stadium, Compton Family Ice Arena and the Purcell Pavilion at the Joyce Center, among others.

The Fresh and Simple Tastes—or FAST—line will make its debut this fall, providing a safe dining option for students with allergies, officials say.

The new space will not only provide organic vegetables for the University of Montana’s dining services, it will also teach students about the state’s food system.

More than 400 students recently sampled potential menu items, including egg rolls, breakfast breads and apple pie.

Details about nutrition and ingredients are the information most desired by more than half of students.

If implemented, UW-Madison students would be able to use food stamps in dining halls and other campus eateries.

Sodexo named the Florida school a top-five university for dining satisfaction among colleges that partner with the foodservice provider.
