British Airways plans to level up the dining experience at eight of its airport lounges across the U.S.

The airline has teamed up with Sodexo Live! to update its food and drink offerings at airports including Boston Logan, Chicago O’Hare and Washington Dulles.

Each lounge will showcase British classics such as afternoon tea, while also highlighting local specialties. The local offerings include Maryland crabcakes served with Old Bay seasoning, a California cheese plate sourced from nearby purveyors and Philly cheesesteaks.

“We want to continue to evolve and improve the premium experience for customers flying to and from the U.S, so we are excited to be reimagining the dining experience in eight American gateways,” Matt Callard, head of ground experience for British Airways, said in a statement. “We are confident that our customers will really enjoy new, unique dishes which reflect local cuisine and provenance.”

Airport lounges have been undergoing a bit of a revamp recently. Late last year, United Airlines debuted a grab-and-go version of its lounges at Denver International Airport. Travelers, who gain access to the self-serve concept with their boarding pass, can pick up a range of sandwiches, snacks and beverages without ever interacting with a cashier.
