Aztec Lime Tuna Salad

Yield: 8 servings
1 12-oz. can Genova Tonno Solid Yellowfin Tuna in olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp. fresh-squeezed lime juice
¼ cup onions, chopped
¼ cup green bell peppers, chopped
¼ cup cooked black beans, rinsed and drained
1. Drain oil from tuna into a bowl; set tuna aside. Whisk cilantro and lime juice into oil until blended. Add onions, bell peppers and black beans.
2. 2. Gently flake tuna and fold into other ingredients; mix until well blended. Chill until service.
