#oktoberfest4ever. That’s just one suggestion for a hashtag on trendy menu items with roots in German festival food. While it’s a no-brainer to serve schnitzel, brats, pretzels and spaetzle for a special Oktoberfest event, these items are poised to trend on menus all through the new year.
