When Chef Ryan Curry, after getting a culinary degree and working in resort kitchens up and down the West Coast—from Alaska to California—found himself considering a job in a Triple-A ballpark, he had just one thought: “How did my career come to this? Hot dogs and hamburgers?” But soon enough, Curry was pitching super creative ideas to the Spectra Food Services culinary team at Isotopes Park, a minor league baseball stadium in Albuquerque, NM.  Here are some of the items found during the family-friendly, smaller-scale games of minor league baseball, perhaps a pastime a little closer to the original, and in this case, light years ahead in terms of the cool-food factor.
