"Baseball, at heart, is about hot dogs,” says Casey Rapp, operations manager, Sportservice, Globe Life Park, Arlington, TX. “When you were growing up, you had a hot dog at the ball game with your dad or mom or church group.”

The baseball season is long, so a smart concessions operation will offer a variety of hot dogs that can keep season ticket holders coming back for more during 81 home games, while at the same time providing a treat for those who only come to one game each summer, Rapp says.
