For Amanda Venezia, dining services director for New Hampshire’s 4,200-student Londonderry School District, the definition is even simpler. She says that clean is a matter of color. “We’re always reminding students to eat colorfully, with lots of fruits and veggies,” Venezia says. “That to me is what clean eating is.”
