Nonfat yogurt and vinegar keep this fruit-filled salad light and satisfying.
Ingredients
2 lb. red delicious apples
3 lb. golden apples
8 oz. shelled, halved walnuts
1 3/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 lb. red grapes
2 lb. green grapes
1 lb. diced celery
Steps
- Peel pineapple. Dice apples and pineapple into half-inch cubes.
- Roughly chop walnuts.
- Mix nonfat yogurt and vinegar to create dressing.
- Combine all ingredients and dressing. Mix well.
- Label, wrap and refrigerate.
