Healthy Waldorf Salad

Nonfat yogurt and vinegar keep this fruit-filled salad light and satisfying.

Ingredients

2 lb. red delicious apples
3 lb. golden apples
8 oz. shelled, halved walnuts
1 3/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 lb. red grapes
2 lb. green grapes
1 lb. diced celery

Steps

  1. Peel pineapple. Dice apples and pineapple into half-inch cubes.
  2. Roughly chop walnuts.
  3. Mix nonfat yogurt and vinegar to create dressing.
  4. Combine all ingredients and dressing. Mix well.
  5. Label, wrap and refrigerate.
