Residents of Nacogdoches, Texas, are offering up their yards and space in their apartment complexes as summer feeding sites, KTRE reports.
The nutrition team at Nacogdoches Independent School District uses the donated space to serve breakfast, lunch and occasionally supper to students in the district. During the summer, staff say they serve around 900 meals per day for breakfast and lunch.
