Senior living center taps into tech, snacks to revamp dining

Thornton Place, a retirement community in Topeka, Kan., has leaned into new strategies to update its dining experience, offering residents a 24/7 snack bar and techy ways to give feedback, The Topeka Capital Journal reports.
