The nutrition team at Clay County District Schools in Green Cove Springs, Fla., plans to partner with culinary students to launch a food truck this upcoming school year, WOKV reports.
Culinary students will be involved with creating the menu as well as food production. Named The Filling Station, the truck will travel to each high school in the district and serve lunch to students. Officials also plan to use the truck for special events.
The truck was paid for using federal funds.
