Marshall County Schools in Moundsville, W.Va., has recruited its high school athletes to test new menu items for the upcoming school year, The Intelligencer reports.
The nutrition team served the athletes lunch while they were on campus for practice. Students then filled out surveys reviewing what they ate.
The surveys will be used to help the nutrition team decide which recipes to use for new dishes.
