Randall Garcia went from student to employee at Texas State Technical College, where he was recently hired as foodservice supervisor, reports valleymorningstar.com.
Since joining the college, Garcia has made a number of changes to the campus’ cafeteria, including adding an entree of the day, a coffee shop and a salad bar. In the future, he would also like to implement food kiosks throughout campus.
“I’ve always known this kitchen to have a lot of potential,” Garcia said. “I used to work closely with the kitchen staff and now I’m here and I love it.”
