To update our recipe database and bring consistency to all 23 of our ACTS communities, we purchased a menu program from Morrison called Webtrition. The system also allows us to provide nutrition information based on specific portion sizes. People want to take advantage of good systems, and I know that contract companies generally have good systems. Why can’t we take a piece of contract foodservice that works well and incorporate it to make us better?
