Every March, to celebrate National Nutrition Month, we make our way through the alphabet by featuring fruits and vegetables from A to Z. So March 1 might be asparagus, arugula or apples. The last day of the month is zucchini (we always skip X). We also promote the fruit or veggie on our Facebook page and sometime feature recipes or ideas on how to use the item at home.
