Everyone knows students love waffles. They’ve always been popular at Bruce Cafeteria, but we amped up the waffle effect by going all out every Wednesday. We provide all the toppings and just let them indulge. It’s been great. Students get their waffle fix and it cranks up the excitement factor. It’s a simple pleasure that spikes up the morning rush.
