Our talented chefs at NC State University have recently debuted a sushi doughnut to serve the Wolfpack community. Featuring sushi rice, seaweed salad, smoked salmon, sashimi tuna, fresh avocado, tobiko, spicy crab and wasabi, the dish is a limited-time special at our 1887 Bistro in our Talley Student Union.
