After a new resident has lived with us for a month, we do a private dinner party for the resident and 10 of his or her friends. The resident selects the menu, and it’s a great time for them to socialize. The residents can invite residents they have become friends with or friends from outside the community. It’s a great marketing tool to get new residents.
