We do pop-up restaurants once a month for the 400 residents of our community. We close off one section of our formal dining room for the event. A couple of days before the event we will announce the pop-up theme and residents can sign up to make a reservation. We do two seatings of 30 to 40 residents. One recent theme was Luigi’s Pasta House and another was Tapenades.
