We have lots of options at our high school, but getting older students to choose them instead of eating off-campus just wasn’t happening. I decided to target them at the school’s exits and set up a concessions kiosk that is also used during basketball games. I sell sandwich wraps and pizza slices as a la carte options for $1 or $2 per item.
