After several members of our staff attended a class on smartphone photography, we came back and trained the rest of our staff to take pictures of the plates they prepare. We collect them electronically and keep them on a shared drive for a ready stock of photos for publication and distribution in social media. It has also caused managers to challenge one another to create the best looking plates.
