Providing training to all levels of staff is very challenging. We developed a partnership with our district’s staff-development department to establish an annual training schedule. I created the course info based on best-practices. The district provided classroom space, IT and marketing materials. Classes are offered after employee work hours, and CEUs are given for certification.
