We introduced patio dining this summer. We worked with our landscaping team and got some furniture. Residents were a little slow using it at first, but we did a impromptu event, almost like reintroducing the patio. Now we have residents clamoring to get onto the patio. It wasn’t a big investment; it was just taking the service we do indoors outdoors. The servers love working the patio, too.
