We do two progressive dinners a year—one for Halloween and one for Mardi Gras. Students pay at one of the dining halls and then get a wristband for entry into the others. There are four dining halls they go to and each has a different menu of small plates, that way we don’t limit where they have to start. We do drawings and giveaways and we get great participation.
