When I do training, I try to do fun things for my staff. This way they remember what they have learned. One session I did was on sanitation, called Lunch Lady Feud. The game is played much like the TV show. There are four teams. In round one, teams one and three play against each other and in round two, teams two and four meet. The winning teams then face each other.
