We implemented room service in 1997. As more hospitals move to room service, the bell curve catches up to you, so we’ve added services to keep ahead of what others are doing. We’ve added morning newspapers and coffee presses. These smaller services add value and separate our room service from others. We treat people as guests and not patients.
