Our Thoroughbred Room, a breakfast and lunch venue, has a very large percentage of student employees from India, many of whom were graduating last December. They approached the manager and said, “We would really like to do a hot line one day before we leave and do an authentic Indian meal for everyone.” It was really popular, so now it’s done every semester. Our Indian students are in the kitchen cooking up the food, and we really enjoy presenting that to the rest of the campus.
