Employees who do something above and beyond our normal expectations receive the ‘I Can’ award. They are awarded a certificate that describes what they did to earn it and they get to choose any #10 can of food from our storeroom. We take a photo of each recipient holding his or her can, and the photo and certificate are posted in the department. Employees love to tell each other what they are going to do with the food they choose.
