We decided that our students would be more inclined to choose healthier options if we positioned them correctly. So we positioned healthy items, such as a fresh-cut fruit bar and a freshly prepared salad option, right after the entrance to the dining halls, by the people who swipe the meal cards. It's a huge hit with our students and staff members.
