Our partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan allowed us to prepare authentic Japanese cuisine while educating students about the healthy components of these dishes and Japanese culture at the same time. The chefs were exposed to new ingredients and trained in the preparation techniques necessary to execute the menu.
