We already had a reliable senior customer base that stopped in for lunch every day, but we wanted to increase our dinner business. We decided to offer a $5 Senior Supper Club that’s available for dine-in or carryout. Guests are appreciative of the value, and of us doing something special for area seniors. Our dinner revenue has increased, and we see about 40 folks coming in from outside the hospital to take advantage of the program each week, making our cafeteria a dining destination in the community.
