When we started our guest tray program, we didn’t accept credit card payments and we were averaging about seven guest trays per month. When we started accepting credit cards, that figure jumped to 500 orders per month, bringing in more than $100,000 in sales. We know some people are concerned with giving out their credit card numbers, so we have a don’t repeat and destroy policy. We enter the number into our POS system, we do not repeat the number back and we guarantee that the number is destroyed after the order is placed.
