During National Nutrition Month, we hosted a series of four cooking classes for students called In the Kitchen. Students had the opportunity to work side by side with our kitchen manager and dietitian to learn cooking basics, such as how to cook a budget-friendly stir-fry and how to make pizza dough from scratch, while exploring the latest diet trends. The classes sold out in less than 48 hours.
