So students have a chance to celebrate with their friends, we offer a holiday meal in both of our residential facilities. The events are posted on the university calendar so that all university members, as well as the community, are invited. We take time to set up the dining halls with holiday decorations and play music. This year, we offered both a lunch and a dinner meal with some new menu items such as apple maple stuffed chicken, cornbread stuffing with apples, carved prime rib with au jus and toasted four cheese ravioli. The students really enjoy it and it’s nice for the community to see what’s on campus.
