1. Host a pop-up
Instead of having their eateries stay open late, Duquesne University in Pittsburgh hosts late-night pop-ups throughout the semester. The pop-ups are located at various spots around campus and offer meals that can be eaten on the run, such as corndogs and chicken tenders. Payment options are flexible, as students can use cash, credit, flex dollars or a meal swipe for their items. Students can find out the time, meal and location for each pop-up by following dining services’ social media accounts.
