Compass Group is planning to open a 10,000-sq.ft. "dining hall emporium" in the Barnes-Jewish Center for Outpatient Health in St. Louis next spring, reports the St. Louis Business Journal. The venue will include multiple food stations serving gourmet coffees and teas, flatbreads, tapas, sushi and raw bar selections, grilled and smokehouse foods and European deli offerings. There will also be an artisan market selling wine and craft beers, prepared foods and locally produced products.
