With our football team heating up this past season, we were inspired to add a bit more snap to our Mean Green line of plant-based items. So we took our regular roasted garlic hummus and kicked it up a notch with a spicy jalapeno puree. The jalapeno hummus got a very positive response from customers. They liked that they could control the amount of heat intensity, blending in a lot of puree for a spicier flavor or just a little for a subtle treat. It’s offered as a grab-and-go option, so students can take the heat and roll with it.
