Being able to introduce students to a variety of cuisines from across the globe has always been a passion of mine, and Korean bibimbap fits that bill perfectly. We start with a base of steamed brown rice and top it with our signature chicken bulgogi, accompanied by an array of classically prepared Korean-style vegetables known as banchan, which may include carrots, spinach, cucumbers and scallions. It’s all topped and finished with our traditional Korean-style bulgogi sauce. We recently introduced the dish through our new Student Choice Program in which we feature foods from restaurant-inspired concepts, and students get to taste and vote on their favorites. This bibimbap was a clear standout from the moment we introduced it.
