Because we provide three meals a day, I think one of our biggest challenges is making sure we are looking really clean and organized 24/7, which sounds a lot easier than it is. We offer a pizza party as an incentive for employees to do a deep clean of our kitchen. We have people stay after work to clean, or they can come in for a three-hour shift after our dinner service, and we buy pizza for everybody who comes.
