Metz Culinary Management treated staff to gifts and special treats during its Team Member Appreciation Day event on March 7.

The foodservice management company celebrated workers across all of its divisions and says that the day was meant to show team members how much they are valued.

At Niagara University in Niagara University, N.Y., for example, employees were given cupcakes, and the staff at Lord Corporation in Erie, Pa., received succulents and donuts.
