From Texas Poutine to the Kaboom Kabob, the concessions season just keeps getting hotter at Globe Life Park in Arlington, TX. Delaware North Companies Sportservice just added six wild new items to its lineup.

Where do the ideas come from?

“As a management team, we never stop coming up with items during the entire season,” says Casey Rapp, Sportservice operations manager at Globe Life Park. “Sometimes you have to try 100 ideas before one works. We come up with stuff based on what we personally love to eat, what’s popular in the area or even something as simple as coming up with a cool name, and then building the item around it.”
