Yield: 24 servings
24 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
3 cups bread brumbs
1 1⁄2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
3⁄4 cup olive oil
3⁄4 cup lemon juice
Pound chicken pieces to 1⁄2 “ thickness.
Combine Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
Roll chicken in mixture.
Heat olive oil in large skillet. Sauté chicken until golden brown.
Drizzle lemon juice over chicken. Serve hot.
