It's been a summer of highs and lows for Phillips. It saw the death of President Mark Sneed, 50 (inset, l.), from a sudden heart attack in July. Sneed had led Phillips since 1998, overseeing its growth from $5 million to $160 million in annual sales. CEO Steve Phillips (inset above r.) was selected to succeed Sneed. The company also named Dean Flowers EVP/CFO, Tom Heine SVP-foodservice, retail and club stores and John Knorr SVP-national accounts, restaurant and franchise operations. |
